Tibialis Adductor Roll - SFCC


Rolling out the Tibialis Anterior can often prove tricky and is best accomplished by assuming a pushup like position which allows us to place the outer half of the shin onto the foam roller. From here we are best able to control the amount of pressure placed on the area as we work the region. As with all our foam rolling we scan through the affected area for areas of extra tenderness which we will pause on or 30-60 seconds or until the sensation of tenderness fades or “melts away” before continuing our scan.
