The supine knees to chest stretch begins with us laying on our back. From here we grab one leg with both hands and take it to our outside shoulder and holding for 30 seconds. We then repeat this process by bringing that leg across the chest to the opposite shoulder for a 30 second hold. This process is repeated for the other leg. At this point we will bring both of our knees to our chest into the Apanasana yoga pose for 30 seconds to finish the stretch.
