Lower Back Flexion - SFCC


The first exercise begins on your hands and knees with a neutral spine. Press into the floor and tuck your chin and tailbone to induce full flexion of the spine. The next exercise is called child’s pose. Opening your knees slightly wider than the hips, sit back onto your feet while keeping arms extended overhead and chin tucked. In the 3rd stretch demonstrated, begin by lying on your back. Bend one leg and hug that knee is towards your chest. Repeat on the other side.
