How to stretch your chest:
The three-way pec stretch begins by placing the forearm along a wall corner, doorway, or exercise rack so that the elbow is roughly level with the ear. From here we step forward slightly and turn away from the elbow stretching through the lower part of the chest. From here we reset position, repeating the stretch with the elbow lowered to about shoulder level feeling the stretch through the middle portion of the pecs. Lastly, we repeat the stretch once again with the arm angled down to stretch the upper chest before repeating the stretch for the opposite side. Note that the pec stretch can be done for both sides of the chest simultaneously while leaning through a doorway and is thus sometimes also known as the doorway stretch.
