Pallof Press - SFCC


The pallof press utilizes a band or cable machine set to shoulder height. Beginning with our side to the anchor point grab the handle in both hands and stop away from the pulley to create tension on the cable. From a stable athletic stance press the cable away from your chest while keeping the core engaged. Hold this extended position for 1-3 seconds before repeating the exercise. At the end of the set face the opposite direction and repeat.
